Heavy Snow is severely impacting our operations in Scotland, East Anglia, Yorkshire, the North East and the South East of England

The severe weather conditions experienced in the UK are continuing to impact our parcel collection and delivery services today.

Snow and ice have hindered our operation throughout the night and this morning, particularly in Scotland, Newcastle, Durham, Yorkshire, Snetterton, Chelmsford, Peterborough, Sussex, Kent, Maidstone, Essex and parts of London with many of the local roads affected.

Dublin Airport was also closed last night due to heavy snow, which means any Next Day parcels due for delivery in Ireland today will incur a 24 hour delay.

The Met Office are predicting more heavy snowfall to move West across the country in the coming days, which will further impact our operations.

We will always attempt to deliver and collect, wherever it is possible and safe to do so.

Throughout the day you will be able to review those postcodes affected with our live update service here:

Deliveries into these postcodes are likely to be delayed. If we have your customers contact details, we will keep them updated on the status of their delivery.

We will continue to monitor the situation and update you as and when necessary.
